Caitlyn Jenner could face some jail time following the emergence of a new footage from the Malibu car crash back in February, which left one person dead and four cars destroyed.
This new video footage of the fatal accident may not only provide answers for the authorities, but also closure for the bereaved.
As Caitlyn Jenner continues to battle a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the stepchildren of Kim Howe, the 69-year-old woman who was killed in the Feb. 7 car crash on LA’s Pacific Coast Highway.
In the footage, the 65-year-old reality star’s black Escalade can be seen crashing into two cars, a white Lexus, driven by the late Kim Howe, and a black Prius, driven by Jessica Steindorff, 29, who has also filed a lawsuit against Caitlyn for property damage and personal injury.
TMZ has since reported that Caitlyn’s insurance will cover up to $500,000 total in damages to all the victims. This means that not only Ms. Howe’s step kids, but also Ms. Steindorff, should her lawsuit prevail), though the outlet has obtained documents filed by Mr. Howe and Ms. Redmond alleging the half a million dollars will not sufficiently cover their damages.
