Embattled boss of the National Broadcasting Commission, Emeka Mba has handed over the reigns of the Commission following his recent sack by the federal government.
Mba, who was one the six information parastatals DGs sacked two days ago, has officially left the commission. According to a statement by NBC, Emeka Mba handed over yesterday, February 16 to the Director, DG’s office, Armstrong Idachaba who will be assuming supervisory responsibilities in acting capacity.
Emeka Mba joined the commission in May 2013. He was also recently arrested by EFCC over corruption allegations but was released after 8 days in custody.
